What services do our Doulas offer?
Birth Support

The Birth Support package utilizes the tiered community payment structure plan. Please click here to review what amount you may contribute to our program for receiving the birth support package.

This service includes the following:

2 Prenatal meetings
-
1 labour and birth focused meeting and 1 postpartum focused​ meeting

Birth plan guidance
-
On-call rotation from 36 weeks onward

Continuous email/text support throughout pregnancy
-
In person labour, birth and immediate postpartum care
-
Access to TENS machine, birth pool and other tools
-
1-2 Postpartum visits for emotional, physical and practical support in home
-
Email/text support for 6 weeks after birth

Pregnancy Loss & Termination Support
​
An abortion, miscarriage or an ending of a pregnancy is in its own way a birth experience. A person or family moving through such an experience deserves to be supported with compassionate care. This offering will look different for each family depending on their needs, experiences and choices. Some abortions and miscarriages happen at home and others may take place in a hospital. We will support you in either of these settings.

The Loss & Termination Support is at no cost or by donation.
